Wright: In order to off load the stuff that maybe you shouldn't be doing because it's helpful but not valuable, you really need to understand the full scope of what you're working on and what the priority those projects are. He says he is kind of a task master; like, it's just really easy for him to create a long to do list during the day. Wright: "There's a part of this that i think changes immediately as soon as you look at and measure and just be honest with yourself"
