The Challenges in Getting a Conviction in the Trump Affair

I would not put it past Trump's lawyers or at least one to three Supreme Court justices to flirt with the idea that actually you have a First Amendment right to use your money in whatever way you want to elect a candidate of your choice because that's speech. I just really can't get over the head of the national choir going to Donald Trump and be like, I will work for you. What a great game. We'll be up Schitt's Creek. It's just so nice.
