The Russians Are Trying to Play Catch Up With Hypersonic Technology

Most likely the Russians are using this kangal missile. It's an air launched missile that travels at Mach 10 4.5 kilometers per second roughly. The Americans were the pioneers of this technology I think they first tried it out or tested it in the 1950s So there is no reason why they cannot in the next couple of years, you know Catch up with the Chinese. My question is what is India doing?
