The Importance of Reflecting Feedback
The board can do is really focus on making or the individuals I think more even than the board just make sure that when you're giving feedback you are giving feedback in a way that can be heard. And as a human being is like we're all flawed in many ways. We all have bad days. But that sort of consistency of okay I'm focusing on your thing right now. Like forget about all the other pressures right I got him. The harder it is for you as a board member to help the CEO, the dirtier the mirror gets.
