I'll Never Hire Anyone Who Hasn't Done What I Need Done Before

I fear people's inherited beliefs and limited viewpoints that can be developed in the ego of like, Oh, this is how I do it. So as long as his approach is to hire with the skills and ensure they're 100% aligned with the core value, the mission of the company, all that, then I think that'll work. But when you hire for skill and you overlook the core value fit, you're going to have a bunch of really skilled people that don't fit in and don't work out. And those are expensive mistakes.
