The Principles of Prototyping in Startups
The principles here is we need to have a prototype mindset and understand the limitations of what we might be building. With this prototype, we've got to build just enough to learn, but not more because we've only got a day to do it. The prototypes have to appear real. They can't look too shitty. You need to get that Goldilocks zone, too shitting. It's not going to work too good and you take too much time. But as a facade, you're saying it's AI, but it's actually a real human. That ended up with Slack that Jake's claiming a lot of credit for.
