In the setting of abnormal bleeding, it's reasonable to do a diagnostic PAP test. How quickly do people need to be referred to CG or how quickly does something need to get in with GYN? It's totally reasonable to make friends with your local friendly area gynecologist. If you've already tried some oral meds and it's failing, then we probably need to get her in sooner.
