Is Your Superpower to Break Down Mass Systems?

The ability to break down mass systems and then have compassion empathy is I think your superpower. My dad was the hockey agent who would add language that would incentivize his players in a way that teams wouldn't look at it and be like oh this is something that's gonna come back and play us. So he would insert different things creatively in ways that were like very clear to the team too. His creativity for my dad and the people loving community loving for my mom just has landed in me as well. It's so visual for me and I spend time looking at the different systems around me and seeing where things could be improved.
