The Wizard of Oz - The First Quadrant

At the beginning of the novel, dorothy and her dog are living in kansas. Yes, she's an orphan, but she does have relationships with her aunt and her uncle. So this first quadrant is the protagonist in their state of being. She has a specific world view that things are going to work out. But underneath those external action qualities, there is this world view maturation plot.
