Nosotras, Am, Is a Concept That Comes From Ensalta Is
In her late writings, she began to use this term, nos slash otras, which is a castilian spanish feminine pronoun, am. She used it to refer to our processes of attempting to form notions of self and selfhood and otherness. In the for example, i read no sotras as am, a response in her later works to questions surrounding how her critics understood her reading of terms like mestisahe am. And so these are then, i think, new ways to focus on the potential boundaries cuts, conflicts and divisions that arise from our actions.
