Gorky: The debt is what it is, but that's still part of a political question. If things stay where they are, there's no bill on President Biden's desk. He has executive power to invoke the 14th Amendment; he would be winning this right. Gorky: I don't see another way to fight it besides just do it the way that they can't have- exercise their own powers.
