The Story of the First Milk Carten Child

In 19 79, we have the revelations that john wan gasey killed 33 people, kids, mostly young man. We have the 28 atlanta school children murders. And then we've got the first milk carten child. I'm sure you came across this kid to aton pats, six years old, and he's living in soho, on prince street with his parents. This phenomenon does get super blown out of proportion, but the actual stories at the heart of it are like, really fucking sad.
