How to Get After the Extensor Carpi Ulnarus

The pronator quadratus has a bunch of impact on the overall stability of the distal radial ulnar joint and oftentimes people can tolerate this one quite well early on. The extensor carpi ulnarus is literally part of the triangular fibrocarlych complex, so it would behoove us to go after that muscle. We want to make sure we're dosing this appropriately with eight to 20 repetitions at 30 to 80% of that person's one rep max. As they get stronger, as their symptoms decrease, we're going to progress them higher intensity, heavier load.
