A lot of people go into debt and then they have to sort of save it. He's paying $44 billion for this company. That's 44 times EBITDA. Okay, that's way too much, right? The market is basically saying this company is sort of worth seven or eight times E BITDA. So he would pay for overpay for it and then buy it back himself?"
