The south karean government is scrambling to a lock down their regulatory environment. The latest step in their scramble has been launching a new crypto oversight committee specifically in response to terra's collapse. At the same time, cardano has jumped somewhere around 25 30%. And bit coin and etherium have recovered a bit. Seems like they've bottomed out somewhat.
