Is There a Hispanic Red Wave in Texas?
The prediction of a Hispanic red wave, especially in Texas, materialized fully. But it doesn't look like it was at the extent that was predicted. The Democrats cannot nominate somebody who has roots in the Rio Grande Valley with some of cultural conservative traits. So what that means is that maybe you'll see it more on the presidential level in 2024 than you saw it at the local level in 2022.
