The Importance of Habits in Running

Sitting is perhaps the most obvious one but there are other habits that affect how we run. Office chairs with lumber support are worst thing for a runner if you can sit on something where you have to move around. Hydration is also important so keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day and practice those squats before you start a run.
