i think it's maybe just changing the discussion about a around what's important to her, which is taking care of the employees. And i think tat the other side of financial independence and retirement is retiring to do something. Maybe you're doing really important work, and really great work, and you don't really feel like not doing that. That's what i was there's i was thinking, this is a lot about the conversation and changing your mind set.
