The Role of Alfasnuclein in Toxicity
I wanted to ask you we read so many things these days there are so many opinions and people are actually questioned whether lui body pathology is relevant. I think that for example if this is my personal view but based also on the results we have had the mice the synaptic aggregates are the ones that disrupt the function. The loss of dopamine release in the stryatome comes earlier than the neuronal deaths of the paraminergic cells in the cell body. And when we use oligomer modifier or chakraon protein to disrupt these small aggregates then we find that there is a huge increase of monomeric synuclein.
