Mixed Methods and Practical Ethnography - What's the Gallis?

You have written two books, mixed methods and practical ethnography. Can you tell us a bit about them? My my first book was really in answer to, there wasn't a book that could help other people do what i was trying to do. So it's a guide to doing ethnography in the private sector. You don't have clients in academic ethonography, but you certainly do in theprivate sector. How do you deal with that? That was really what that book was about. And again, it was me working it out in my own mind, what's relevant? What people need to know? What do i need to know?"
