Unconscious Racism

When we use unconscious colloquially, em we usually tend to describe a state, not a trait, of a cognition. So that any can at some tine be inside or outside of awareness. And when you define it that way, there's a lot of evidence that most people are really not aware that they're bias. We do have unconscious bioces in this in the situationa definition like we all have biaces that we don't always notice. I just think through that a little bit, this difference between state and trade possibilities.
