Anger in Aversion Is More Suffering Than Desire

There is not an insignificant conditioning in us and it takes many forms. We don't really see as clearly the suffering of desire so it just kind of spreads out in our lives, in our minds and we live in that field. In one of the Buddhist teachings, he said that anger in aversion is more suffering but is uprooted more easily and desire is less suffering but it's more difficult to uproot because we get seduced by it. When we're identified with that wanting mind, it obscures the natural freedom of mind. It obscures the recognition of the open, empty, selfless nature of awareness.
