Growth design is essentially the intersection between what you may have heard of as growth hacking and product design. It's really about identifying growth levers for the business and really thinking from a business perspective. So it's based on creating some sort of hypotheses, really knowing what the goals are, what metrics you're tracking,. What the north star is, and then going through testing and iterations.
