If you eat 75 grams of carbs in the morning and 75 grams in the evening, and it's the exact same food, my blood sugar is significantly higher in the evening. Josh ax: There probably does appear to be a circatian rhythm to melotone and an insolent at night. In the evening, your body is kind of saint hal it's time to chill out,. Maybe don't do so many carbs in the evenings. So things are coming on.
