Mike Downey: I find the footage of him here absolutely fascinating. It reinforces the notion that, no, he wasn't an elite art rock drummer in the sense of Bill Bruford or Phil Collins or Carl Palmer. But he was exactly the drummer that Pink Floyd needed. And he's a blast to watch. There's a particularly fun moment with about a minute left where he's bashing away and a stick just flies out of his right hand.
