Don't feel guilty about responsible hedonism. Look after your own mental health first. And when that's in check, you're grounded, and then you can be of service to your community. A lot of people have mental health issues right now, and we don't necessarily have access to services. So we're forced into a position to take individual responsibility or to rely upon each other. But it shouldn't be the only option.
