Turbo Fishing
The idea is if you have a function that is generic over any type, you can give it a type parameter after the name. And turbo fish is just a way of calling a function with giving it those type parameters and then an impol trait argument. So in the past, if you had any, uh, impol trait arguments to a function at all, you just couldn't use the turbo fish to call that function. In rush 2018, they've basically added this ability to explicitly give types even for impol traits. They're not going to come through the turbo fish, because now we've stabilized that you can use the turboFish.
