Would you prefer to invest in a great deal or a great operator assuming people pursuing this already ambitious endeavor are going to be I guess somewhat decent operators. Oh that's the classic test what's like the bucket line like trying to buy a great business no one can mess up that's a good one. And what are the traits of a great operator at this scale of the market that you see? Yeah I think one is just being really charismatic to the wrong word just great at culture right like a good sales person so people want to work with that.
