Microsoft Says It Will Lay Off 10,000 People
Hanoa Garcia Luna is on trial in the same federal courtroom where El Chapo was convicted a few years ago. He worked for the Mexican government, at one point heading up the Mexican equivalent of the FBI. Microsoft says it will lay off 10,000 people; that's less than 5% of its global workforce but still its largest cuts in roughly eight years.
