Every night I drink chamomile tea, but I get it with, has a little bit of melatonin in the tea bag. The only two things that seem to have an impact are reading before going to bed and using my computer less. If you're taking a milligram or two of melatonin andI, and it gets you to sleep, whereas you wouldn't sleep if you didn't take it, great, take it. That's more important. And because melatonin is cheap, it's easy to get. It's really not going to have any side effects. So I personally wouldn't worry too much about it.
