Rit, so i would actually pick the malabar sea food, malabar or mangolor. Iwould ragestan, which i think has a a fantastic sort of very desert stil. Ragestan is always short on water, so they don't use as much steaming. They just fry and use ge they just fry everything, right? And also not very vegetable heavy because they don't get vegetables.
