Paul Matzko: I think platforms should be doing more of that kind of community crowd-sourced content moderation. He says Twitter is trialing a program where if something gets lots of, basically they ask some users who have trusted veracity to weigh in on it. Matzko said there's promising signs of success; one study found only about 1% of hate speech flagged for hateful content was actually hate speech.
