Getting People Into the Procurement Process

The most important thing is removing the iron curtain, being transparent about our policies and processes. I've seen companies start to explore things like using their budget as an unlocking of innovation within the business. How are we going to know if we were successful? And what is the scale that we need in order to get to that first milestone where we can say, was this the right investment? Should we be investing more? That's another tactic that I see team starts with doppes.
