In the 90s when I was a kid in Britain it was like this thing in Britain of like should we tolerate this. It's just kind of constant boring debate of like should government money sponsor such nonsense. The YBAs were Damien Hurst and Trim you know Tracy Emmon and Angus Ferris, Boba Fakhri among them. One of the Turner prize winners which he remember very well was just lights turning on and off in a room by Martin Creed. He says: "I love all that stuff"
