The Differences Between Events and Retail

The business is split into two sections. We do events for big blue chip companies, like Amazons and we do all their catering for exhibitions. But if you're a brand launching a new product, an exhibition, you want to like create a bit of a hyper-angirl stand,. You'll get us to come on board with some sort of cool treat. And that's all paid up front. So we don't really do any events now where we say, go to a festival, pay for a pitch, and sell ice cream, or sell a product. With something ice cream or frozen desserts, whatever, it's not the work. It's also just the profit level.
