The Effects of Creatine During Endurance Exercise

The bulk of research suggests that we should be increasing muscle creatine content before the actual athletic event. There's very few studies on the effects of pre-exercise or during exercise creatine ingestion. Once your muscles are supersaturated with creatine, that's where they remain for weeks. So really, we haven't figured out why it would be beneficial during exercise but that's before we started thinking about the cognitive effects.
