Allison, i just want to go back to that asec. Because if you force people to say why they rejected a candidate, that forces them to think about their own process. And also, i hearing from her colleagues with an open mind about why particular women that she has recommended weren't fit might help her pick better female candidates in th future. Yes, i'm so guy.
