Non-Profits and Georgia's Integration Into the West, Right?
After 2003, the non-profit sector created this kind of new intelligentsia in Georgia. The purpose was to help facilitate Georgia's Western integration, right? That becomes a wing of the state. This is one of the reasons why the current government that came into power in 2012 after massive protests in 2007 and 2012 against the Sakhashir Lirajim government.
