Self Talk Change - Take Advantage

As part of this self talk change, i have doing this process of writing out what it is i need to do that day. The other two i wrote down here. I guess i didn't spell them out. But i need to visualize myself going through that day in a very realistic way. And i don't always keep my commitments to myself as a result of not doing this. It's easy for me to just say, well, there's too much to do. So i moing to try to take advantage of that.
