Is There More We Need to Do to Get to the Best Outcomes?

I think there's a lot of conversations about diversity in the field. And i think that that's great, and that's very much needed. There is less conversations around inclusion. How do you adjust your work style to actually create a community that is welcoming and inclusive of all voices? Thetver people illent and ten theleav because of the way they're treated. I hope we caund have moved more towards that in the coming years....
