I see on different forms, linkedon an others terog, there's lots and lots of a debate about the difference between custom service and customer success. But what you'll find is most f th people that call it customers success are in the customers success business. And then if you want to doand i say this in the book, call it fred, cause it really doesn't matter whether you've got it right. Customers don't give a toss what you call it.
