Do You Have a Dollar Cost Averaging System?

We don't know if this is the beginning of a more significant down turn, or perhaps our worst days are behind us and we're about to turn no one ever knows. So what i like is, whatever there's something i don't know for sure, when i cannot go into a decision knowing the outcome, i like to remove as much emotion from that decision as i can.
