Blue light is disruptive in your ability to make that transition from arousal to the sleep system but you offered something else which I thought was interesting which is the blue light may not actually be the big problem it's your just perpetual engagement with the content and the thoughts. The bed is supposed to be a place for sleep and sex it is something like a shrine to sleep some people have a tendency to kind of create a negative relationship with that bed so really looking for these activities in this transition period where you know it's low arousal slightly positive things you enjoy but aren't going to get your brain all worked up.
