Is the Constitution of the Nation State a Good Idea?

A, i think it woulit ould have to be a constitution for the new system and for the new society. I don some of this stuff presumes internationalism is on the but then kindo isn't really foregrounded. It's probably more in a kind of grey zone, a than this, like, purest sort of a conception oo, politics.
