The Power of Local Conditions
I think things that we should be talking about more and maybe sometimes can get a little uncomfortable, but like that's part of growing. So this idea of like the PDC model, right? That is very important in understanding how it has evolved into something very different. But I also think it can be sometimes a little bit dangerous because it's really hard to hold people accountable when I've taken PDCs. If you could go back in time, if you would change things or reinforce the need for how local conditions should drive things maybe a little bit more authoritatively.
