The Importance of Flexibility in CEOs

A firm that takes into account those circumstances is going to be important. If they have a cookie-cutter formula that says, no, you've got to roll 20% of your proceeds, no matter what, that may be not the right fit. I'd say I'd want to know how many other investments like this they have. Like is this the third supply chain management software deal they have in the fund? Or is this the only one? You want them to have a lot of experience in your general area but not three or four deals in the same exact area.
