The New Rule for Flopping Technicals
I worry a little bit about how it will be executed. Flops can be very hard to call live action. If the league ever went to that idea of a fourth official watching the TV feed, it'd probably be easier. And doing an in-game penalty is so much more potentially effective than a post family. But overall, it's not as low hanging fruit for me as some of the modifications to the transition take-fowl and some of the ones they've made or still need to make.
