Not since I was a kid, no. There's not one that still gets you because you're nightmares or anything like that. The answer has to do with the honesty level of a society that's like high on the hog. We've compartmentalized death in Western society and so movies are like "Hey, imagine if there's guts for fine" But horror is equally voluminous and also dealing with the primary colors of what we deal with. Like monsters and dying and stuff.
