The Grapevine of Evil

We have an interesting habit that's been taking place probably for 2000 years of church life. We start with what God says and then we develop opinions about that subject, which is just normal. What actually has to happen is there has to be a pruning of that vine. Don't make the Scripture say what you want. Read the Scripture with abandonment so that you get pruned every time you start thinking or valuing something that is inconsistent with Scripture.
