The Benefits of Stretching Before Exercising

Stretching is meant to be taught in an individualized session, and then it's for you to apply in your everyday life. Some research out there that says that stretching can actually hamper strength. I do think that over stretching without having warmed your body up first, or even stretching before warming up can be harmful. But personally as someone who moves a lot and has for most of my life, I find great benefit in a cardiovascular warm-up or walking for 10 minutes.
